HUL Final Dividend 2025: Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) on Monday informed that a board meeting will be held on Thursday, April 24, 2025, to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2025. In the filing, HUL said that the board will also consider the recommendation of final dividend, if any.
HUL will announce the record date for the final dividend of the financial year 2024-25 in the due time.
HUL shares trade flat on Monday at Rs 2245.20 apiece with a slip of -0.10 per cent. The scrip opened at Rs 2248 against the previous day close at Rs 2247.45 apiece. The stock’s 52-week movement indicates a high of Rs 3,034 and a low of Rs 2,136.
HUL has a market cap of Rs 5.27 lakh crore and is part of BSE Sensex.
HUL Dividend History
The company earlier had announced an interim dividend of Rs. 19.00 and a special dividend of Rs. 10.00, with the record date for both being the same day, 6th November 2024. Previously, on 14th June 2024, HUL declared a final dividend of Rs. 24.00, with the book closure period set from 15th June to 21st June 2024.
Further back, HUL announced an interim dividend of Rs. 18.00 on 2nd November 2023 with the record date being the same day. On 19th June 2023, a final dividend of Rs. 22.00 was declared, with the book closure period from 20th June to 26th June 2023.

The financial results for HUL for the period ending December 2024 show that the company achieved a revenue of Rs 15,408.00 crore, slightly down from Rs 15,508.00 crore in the previous quarter. For the fiscal year 2023-2024, the total revenue stood at Rs 60,469.00 crore. The net profit for December 2024 was Rs 3,001.00 crore, an improvement from Rs 2,612.00 crore reported in the September 2024 quarter, contributing to an annual net profit of Rs 10,114.00 crore.
HUL’s Earnings Per Share (EPS) for December 2024 was Rs 12.77, up from Rs 11.12 in September 2024, and the annual EPS was Rs 43.05. The Cash EPS also saw an increase, moving to Rs 14.08 from Rs 12.41 in the previous quarter, with an annual figure of 47.71. The company’s Operating Profit Margin (OPM) improved to 28.50% in December 2024 from 25.41% in September 2024, while the Net Profit Margin (NPM) rose to 19.48% from 16.84% in the same period. For the fiscal year, the OPM was 24.93% and the NPM was 16.73%.
