Stocks To Watch On January 15: Markets saw some relief after a recent decline, ending Tuesday with a gain of nearly half a percent. In today’s session, shares of HDFC Life, Adani Energy, CESC, Sula Vineyards, and Shoppers Stop, among others, will be in focus due to various news developments and third-quarter earnings.

Results Today: HDFC Life, Bank of Maharashtra, and LTTS will announce their third-quarter results today, drawing attention from investors.

Adani Green Energy: Adani Renewable Energy Forty Eight Limited, a subsidiary of Adani Green Energy (AGEL), announced the commissioning of a 57.2 MW wind power component at its wind-solar hybrid project in Khavda, Gujarat.

J&K Bank: SEBI issued an administrative warning to J&K Bank for a regulatory non-compliance issue. The bank failed to disclose the appointment of its MD & CEO within the required 24-hour timeframe. The disclosure was made on December 25, 2024, after a delay of 1 hour 40 minutes beyond the stipulated deadline.

Vodafone Idea: Vodafone Idea has partnered with HCLSoftware to enhance the efficiency of its 4G and 5G networks. The telecom operator will use HCL Augmented Network Automation (HCL ANA), a multi-vendor self-optimising network platform, to manage its Ericsson and Samsung networks.

L&T: Larsen & Toubro launched the second multi-purpose vessel for the Indian Navy, INS Utkarsh, from its Kattupalli Shipyard near Chennai. This launch comes just three months after the first vessel, INS Samarthak.

Shoppers Stop: Shoppers Stop reported a profit of Rs 52.23 crore for the fiscal third quarter, reflecting a 41.74% growth compared to Rs 36.85 crore in the same period last year. This marks a return to profit after two quarters of losses.

IRFC: Indian Railway Finance Corporation emerged as the lowest bidder (L1) to finance Rs 3,167 crore for the development of the Banhardih coal block in Jharkhand. The project is being carried out by Patratu Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Ltd (PVUNL), a joint venture between NTPC and Jharkhand Bijli Vitran Nigam.

Allcargo Gati: Allcargo reported a total volume of 113 kilotonnes (kt) for December 2024, marking an 8% year-on-year growth compared to 105kt in December 2023. The volume also saw a 10.8% increase from 102kt in November 2024.

Premier Energies: Premier Energies announced that its subsidiaries received orders totaling Rs 1,460 crore. The orders include solar modules worth Rs 1,041 crore and solar cells worth Rs 419 crore.

Network18: Network18 reported a significant increase in its consolidated losses for the December 2024 quarter, reaching Rs 1,435 crore compared to Rs 59 crore in the same period last year.

PCBL, CESC: Investors have until today to buy shares of PCBL and CESC, as the record date for their interim dividends is set for January 16.

Hindalco Industries: Novelis Inc., the US subsidiary of Hindalco Industries, has renewed its partnership with thyssenkrupp Aerospace for the supply of specialized aerospace-grade aluminium.
