Upcoming IPOs In March: The primary market is gaining momentum with four new initial public offerings (IPOs) scheduled to open for subscription next week. This includes Arisinfra Solutions on the mainboard segment and three others in the small and medium enterprise (SME) segment.
The recent market correction has put the brakes on the IPO market. The pace of new launches has slowed considerably in recent months, with no major IPOs since Vishal Mega Mart’s debut in December 2024.
Upcoming IPOs This Week
Arisinfra Solutions IPO:
Opening on March 20 and closing on March 25, this book built issue comprises 2.86 crore shares, all of which are fresh issuance. The price band is yet to be announced.
Paradeep Parivahan IPO:
This SME IPO will be open for subscription from March 17 to March 19. The book built issue consists of 45.78 lakh shares, totaling ₹44.86 crores, all of which are fresh issuance. The IPO price band is set at ₹93 to ₹98 per share.
Divine Hira Jewellers IPO:
This SME IPO, open for subscription from March 17 to March 19, is a fixed price issue of 35.38 lakh shares, amounting to ₹31.84 crores. The IPO price is set at ₹90 per share.
Grand Continent Hotels IPO:
Open for subscription from March 20 to March 24, this SME IPO is a combination of fresh issue (62.60 lakh shares aggregating to ₹70.74 crore) and offer for sale (3.29 lakh shares aggregating to ₹3.72 crore). The IPO price band is set at ₹107 to ₹113 per share.

In addition to the new IPOs, the market will also witness the listing of two previously concluded IPOs in the coming week:
PDP Shipping IPO: Allotment finalized on March 13, listing on BSE SME expected on March 18.
Super Iron Foundry IPO: Allotment expected to be finalized on March 17, listing on BSE SME expected on March 19.
